Happy Father's Day

Father’s day is not as celebrated as Mother’s day, but just like Mother’s (women) with invisible illnesses, we can’t forget about the Father’s (men) with invisible Illnesses.

I would like to say first of all Happy Father’s day to my wonderful husband who even though we mostly focus on myself and my invisible illnesses also deals with his own invisible illness (asthma). It’s not something you can see, but it’s chronic and definitely has days when it’s debilitating.

Let’s celebrate the fathers that get up and fight invisible illnesses to spend time with their families and like my husband takes on the role of caregiver instead of requesting care.
